We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves talking to people and making them feel taken care of
  • Is comfortable with phone sales and confident handling client needs
  • Takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and follows through

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service

  • Answer or return client calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments for both new and returning clients
  • Respond to emails using polished, professional grammar
  • Coordinate re-cleans and follow-up appointments when needed
  • Loop in the Office Manager for escalated concerns or unresolved issues
  • Flag trends or recurring issues and share recommendations with management
  • Log client complaints and issue follow-up forms to Cleaning Technicians
  • Conduct quality control visits and arrival checks when needed

Admin

  • Process daily credit card payments and issue refunds when needed
  • Keep inventory stocked and organized
  • Run and cross-check daily office reports
  • Handle light errands and help with general office upkeep
  • Conduct basic internet research as needed
  • Print and organize biweekly payroll reports

Sales

  • Follow up with leads and turn prospects into loyal clients
  • Work to maintain or improve conversion rates
  • Track and measure lead performance, conversions, and sales activity
  • Submit weekly reports to the Operations Manager
  • Set up and dispatch in-home estimate appointments
  • Keep our database up to date with accurate documentation
  • Maintain daily stats and sales records
  • Visit prospective residential buildings to build relationships with property managers and secure ongoing partnerships

What we’re looking for

  • Previous cleaning industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role
  • Comfortable with computers and common software tools
  • Friendly, professional phone presence with clear and articulate communication

Work Hours

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Saturday 9:00am – 4:30pm
