It took some back-and-forths before all my wishes were met, but they now are. Customer service is wonderfully responsive and Sylvia is a great housekeeper with fabulous energy. Zen Home Cleaning did an INCREDIBLE job on our post construction clean. The whole team went above and beyond to make our house a home. They worked extra hours, cleaned every single corner, no detail left unnoticed - I was blown away by the work they did. It really made our lives easier and better to have such care taken in our home, so we could move in to a clean space. We are grateful for the hours and the effort and couldn't recommend Zen highly enough, especially our team Sam, Dale & Tyasia. WOW.

A big thank you to Beni and Sam for the post construction cleaning they just completed in our NYC duplex apartment. We've just had major construction completed and the whole place was filled with dirt & dust...as well as packing boxes. Sam and Beni were here on the dot of 8:30am and worked solidly to complete the job. The company needed a little extra time to complete the work but that was mentioned in the original quote and was expected at the final invoice. I'm very happy with the work and would recommend this service to others looking through reviews to get an idea of great professional options available. I love Zen Home. I've been using them for 2 years now for every other week and have to say they are the best. They are very careful around my cats, I have two and love that their employees are very friendly to them. I also love the aromatherapy part of the service too. The use these special essential oils when cleaning so the place smells amazing.

I have now been a client for a year now. Zen Home is still the best cleaning service ever. Just when I think my apartment couldn't possibly be any cleaner, they outdo themselves. I am consistently impressed by the above and beyond efforts and I feel very fortunate to have had the honor of having them tend to my home over the past year.
