A few things to know before you apply

We’re looking for reliable, positive people who love what they do—and meet the basics below:

• You’re totally comfortable around cats and dogs. If you have allergies, this position won’t be the right fit.
• You’re available Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm, no exceptions.
• You’re also able to work every other Saturday—again, no exceptions there.
• You’re legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• You bring a great attitude and genuinely enjoy giving customers a five-star experience.
• You can be on your feet and physically active throughout the day.
• You check your email daily and are comfortable using it to receive your schedule.
• You’re able to get around using public transportation across NYC’s five boroughs and downtown New Jersey.
